Mas nunca ser\u00e1 redundante falar sobre a quest\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Ainda mais quando discutir este tema \u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">inevitavelmente <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">falar de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">desigualdade racial. Sendo assim<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, \u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> preciso considerar o percentual de negros no Brasil<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> de 54%,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">segundo dados do IBGE<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. A<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> taxa de<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> analfabetos no pa\u00eds, \u00a0em 2016, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">foi<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de 4,2% de brancos e 9,9% <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de pretos<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, mais que o dobro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Se tratarmos da<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> classe <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">trabalhadora e<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> explora<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00e7\u00e3o no <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Brasil<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span> inegavelmente \u00e9<span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0preciso falar de<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">desigualdade racial<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">uma vez que <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pesquisa do <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">IBGE relacionada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> a rendimento <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de todos os trabalhos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">demon<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">strou<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> os seguinte <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">dados:<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Brancos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">com rendimento de <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">R$ 2.814, Pardos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e Pretos <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">R$1606 e R$ 1570\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">respectivamente<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Sobre o trabalho infantil<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">entre 5 e 7 anos, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">os dados demonstra<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ra<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">m que <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Brancos s\u00e3o 35,8% \u00a0e Pretos 63,8. A taxa de desocupa\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds \u00e9 de 9,5% <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de Brancos e 28,1 % de Pretos<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> praticamente o triplo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Estudar os problemas brasileiro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> \u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">descon<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">truir<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> o mito da democracia racial<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> fundamentalmente<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0rever a <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ist\u00f3ria do Brasil e a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> atrocidade<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s sofridas pelo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> povo negro que foi escravizado. Aos que protestam pela exist\u00eancia do dia da consci\u00eancia negra, eu posso sugerir o dia da consci\u00eancia do povo branco que carrega o fardo da hist\u00f3ria <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pela escraviza\u00e7\u00e3o do povo negro <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e mis\u00e9ria<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">com que ele foi abandonado a pr\u00f3pria sorte<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> pelo Estado,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> pela aus\u00eancia \u00a0de um projeto pol\u00edtico e social p\u00f3s aboli\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Esta vis\u00e3o ileg\u00edvel, por os que confundem a esfera da vida p\u00fablica e vida privada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Para FRANCO, 19<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">97<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> o Estado \u00e9<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0visto muitas vezes como \u201cpropriedade\u201d do grupo social que o controla, obviamente que os negros est\u00e3o exclu\u00eddos de<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ste<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">O<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">parelho <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">g<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">overnamental \u00e9 parte do sistema de poder <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">da classe dominante<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, subme<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">tido \u00e0 sua influ\u00eancia<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">O<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Estado <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">se configura como um <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">aparelho ideol\u00f3gico utiliza<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">do<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> sempre que as circunst\u00e2ncias o indiquem como meio adequado para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">dos \u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">privil\u00e9gios<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> da classe dominante<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. O<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Estado \u00e9 negado enquanto entidade aut\u00f4noma e dotada de\n compet\u00eancia para agir segundo os seus pr\u00f3prios fins<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> que deveria ser uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o justa e \u00e9tica de harmonia entre os elementos da sociedade. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Por\u00e9m a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> imagem de \u201cEstado tutelar\u201d <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pa<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ssa a <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">figura mais real de \u201cEstado Instrumento\u201d linearmente entrosa<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">do os momentos de busca e repulsa de atividade<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, como etapas de afirma\u00e7\u00e3o do poder <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">do<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> grupo social<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> dominante<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Todavia, \u00e9 ineg\u00e1vel <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">que<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> avan\u00e7amos na conquista de algumas <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pol\u00edticas s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ociais e a\u00e7\u00f5es afirmativas, como pol\u00edticas de quotas nas Universidades, bem como garantia do ensino da hist\u00f3ria<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> e cult<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ura afro-brasileira e africanas<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">nas escolas<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> dentre outras<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Por\u00e9m, o avan\u00e7o na exist\u00eancia de uma lei advinda d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> lutas e reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es dos movimentos sociais, n\u00e3o significa necessariamente implementa\u00e7\u00e3o desta, t\u00e3o pouco garantia de perman\u00eancia como pol\u00edtica de Estado e n\u00e3o de governo. Um exemplo de falta de \u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">desta situa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> \u00e9 a lei 10.639\/2003 da obrigatoriedade do ensino da<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9tnico<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&#8211;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">racia<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">is<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> com o objetivo de reverter as pr\u00e1ticas racistas na sociedade, bem como educar para uma conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o cultural e econ\u00f4mica do povo negro <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">na <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">consolida\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">brasileira<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Por\u00e9m, podemos perguntar: Qual a mudan\u00e7a curricular <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ocorridas <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">nos cursos de licenciaturas <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino Superior <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">que <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">possibilite <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ao professor as m\u00ednimas condi\u00e7\u00f5es t<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e\u00f3ricas\/<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pr\u00e1ticas para garantir a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o no cotidiano escolar? Posso garantir que as mudan\u00e7as curriculares foram <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">insipientes e, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">em muitos casos<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, quando ocorre<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ram com<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> cargas hor\u00e1rias reduzidas e como dis<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ciplinas optativas. De<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> certa forma<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> podemos dizer que tem um car\u00e1ter de resist\u00eancia da classe dominante que tem a Universidade como um aparelho ideol\u00f3gico consolidado para forma\u00e7\u00e3o da burguesia em detrimento da classe trabalhadora.
