PPGEL UEPG and Sorbonne Université promote International Colloquium about 100 years of Clarice Lispector
This year, the Thesis and Dissertation Seminar (SETEDI) will happen for the first time in an international format. The event, organized by UEPG’s Language Studies Post Graduation Program (PPGEL), promotes meetings between students and teachers from the field in order to exchange experiences in a master’s and doctoral levels, also seeking publicizing academic works as a means of positively impacting the researchers’ formation. The occasion provides an opportunity for students to knowledge their colleagues’ and other researchers’ works, as well present their own before the official evaluations.
The SETEDI 2020 will be free and happen remotely, targeting post graduation students who are in the process of academic writing, and undergraduate students who wish to start their master’s as well, strengthening their relations with PPGEL professors.
The fourth edition aims to push the Language Studies’ internationalization safely during the pandemic, and in partnership with the french Sorbonne Université’s CRIMIC (Interdisciplinary Research Center on Contemporary Iberian Worlds), SETEDI 2020 will feature a themed event in honor of the 100 years since Clarice Lispector’s birth: the “Devires Clariceanos” International Colloquium.
The registration period is open from October 27th to November 22nd through the following link: https://forms.gle/zcccwmGEhJ3q3KdaA
