O Conselho Universit\u00e1rio (COU) da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa se reuniu extraordinariamente na manh\u00e3 de hoje e decidiu pela suspens\u00e3o dos calend\u00e1rios Geral, de Medicina e de Tel\u00eamaco Borba, por tempo indeterminado, a partir desta ter\u00e7a-feira. O calend\u00e1rio Ead est\u00e1 mantido, com suspens\u00e3o dos encontros presenciais nos polos. As adequa\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pelo Conselho refor\u00e7am a decis\u00e3o de suspens\u00e3o das aulas na segunda-feira (16.)<\/p>\n
As atividades administrativas presenciais est\u00e3o mantidas, com n\u00famero reduzido de funcion\u00e1rios, das 8h \u00e0s 12h, desde que os servidores n\u00e3o utilizem o transporte coletivo para\u00a0 chegar at\u00e9 a institui\u00e7\u00e3o. A escala fica a cargo das chefias imediatas. N\u00e3o haver\u00e1 atendimento ao p\u00fablico como medida de combate \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o por Covid-19. Todas as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es das comunidades externa e acad\u00eamica ser\u00e3o realizadas via protocolo digital SEI da UEPG. \nThe University Board of the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) decided to suspend the institutional official 2020 schedules (Geral; Medicine and Campus Telemaco Borba) from March 17 until further notice. The schedule of Distance Learning related activities is maintained, however related activities that need the presence of students, professors and others involved are cancelled. The decision of the University Board reinforces the decision taken by the Rector on March 16, 2020.
\nAdministrative activities are maintained, with a reduced number of staff, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., inasmuch as the workers do not use public transportation to arrive at their workplace. The person in charge of each Administrative Unit will schedule the respective office hours. As a measure to combat COVID-19 contamination, there will not be open office hours. All demands must be done digitally via SEI\/UEPG. The Technology Information Center will determine further orientation for staff remote working.<\/p>\n
\nLe Conseil universitaire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 Ponta Grossa (UEPG) a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suspendre les horaires institutionnels officiels 2020 (Geral; Medicine & Campus Tel\u00eamaco Borba) du 17 mars jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nouvel ordre. Le calendrier des activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 distance est maintenu, mais les activit\u00e9s connexes qui n\u00e9cessitent la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, de professeurs et d\u2019autres personnes impliqu\u00e9es sont annul\u00e9es. La d\u00e9cision du Conseil universitaire renforce la d\u00e9cision prise par le Recteur le 16 mars 2020.
\nLes activit\u00e9s administratives sont maintenues, avec un effectif r\u00e9duit, de 8h \u00e0 12h, dans la mesure o\u00f9 les travailleurs n\u2019utilisent pas les transports en commun pour arriver sur leur lieu de travail. Le responsable de chaque unit\u00e9 administrative fixera les heures d\u2019ouverture respectives. Afin de lutter contre la contamination par COVID-19, il n\u2019y aura pas d\u2019heures de bureau ouvertes. Toutes les demandes doivent \u00eatre faites via SEI \/ UEPG.
