A quest\u00e3o norteadora da pesquisa \u00e9: Quais conhecimentos espec\u00edficos, pedag\u00f3gicos e\/ou curriculares do campo da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores para compreens\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de processos avaliativos no \u00e2mbito da doc\u00eancia, em diferentes n\u00edveis de ensino? O objetivo geral da pesquisa \u00e9 analisar e sistematizar os conhecimentos do campo da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional que s\u00e3o ou a serem contemplados na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores para compreens\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de processos avaliativos no \u00e2mbito da doc\u00eancia em diferentes n\u00edveis de ensino, e tem como objetivos espec\u00edficos: a) mapear, analisar e comparar a literatura brasileira e de outros pa\u00edses da Am\u00e9rica Latina produzida na forma de artigos cient\u00edficos, disserta\u00e7\u00f5es e teses sobre a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores (inicial e\/ou continuada) em avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional em seus diferentes subdom\u00ednios; b) analisar os documentos orientadores da forma\u00e7\u00e3o inicial de professores da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica a respeito do que tratam sobre avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional e suas implica\u00e7\u00f5es para compreens\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de diferentes processos avaliativos; c) analisar os fundamentos da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional contemplados no curr\u00edculo de cursos de licenciatura e a sua rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos licenciandos; d) analisar as percep\u00e7\u00f5es da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das aprendizagens de professores formadores que atuam em cursos de licenciatura; e) analisar as repercuss\u00f5es de avalia\u00e7\u00f5es em larga escala na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores, nas escolas e no trabalho docente de redes p\u00fablicas de ensino. De abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa adotar\u00e1 como procedimentos an\u00e1lise bibliogr\u00e1fica e documental, question\u00e1rios e entrevistas. A An\u00e1lise Textual Discursiva (ATD) \u00e9 a metodologia escolhida para an\u00e1lise dos dados, com apoio do software Iramuteq. O projeto de pesquisa ser\u00e1 constitu\u00eddo por subprojetos espec\u00edficos desde que articulados com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores em avalia\u00e7\u00e3o educacional em pelo menos um de seus dom\u00ednios. Assim, parte-se da problem\u00e1tica: Em que medida a Prova Paran\u00e1, enquanto uma pol\u00edtica de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o em larga escala, viabiliza a qualidade da educa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica paranaense? Para responder a tal questionamento, tem-se como objetivo analisar as repercuss\u00f5es da Prova Paran\u00e1 nas escolas, na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de professores e no trabalho docente da rede estadual p\u00fablica do N\u00facleo Regional de Ponta Grossa\/PR. A pesquisa seguir\u00e1 a abordagem qualitativa e as t\u00e9cnicas do estudo de caso, buscando-se delinear os aspectos espec\u00edficos referentes ao caso da Prova Paran\u00e1 e suas repercuss\u00f5es nos aspectos mencionados. O referencial te\u00f3rico foca: a rela\u00e7\u00e3o Estado e autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o institucional; a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de gest\u00e3o institucional; a rela\u00e7\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o e a autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o na tomada de decis\u00e3o. Problema de pesquisa: como os resultados da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o subsidiam o processo de gest\u00e3o das IES em suas esferas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o?Objetivo geral: analisar o uso dos resultados da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o institucional no movimento produzido por tr\u00eas ciclos avaliativos no marco do Sinaes (2013-2021) e seus efeitos na gest\u00e3o das IES. Objetivos espec\u00edficos: (i) compreender o processo de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o institucional do Sinaes, a partir das demandas e situa\u00e7\u00f5es de uso de seus resultados na gest\u00e3o das IES; (ii) examinar a associa\u00e7\u00e3o entre os resultados da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o e a gest\u00e3o das IES com base em poss\u00edveis a\u00e7\u00f5es implementadas e melhorias; (iii) avaliar os efeitos dos resultados da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o institucional expressos nos planos, programas das IES ao final dos tr\u00eas ciclos avalia\u00e7\u00e3o entre 2013 e 2021; (iv) avaliar os fatores que facilitam e os que impedem o uso dos resultados da autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o institucional na din\u00e2mica de gest\u00e3o das IES; (v) analisar em que medida as metas assumidas pelas Comiss\u00f5es Pr\u00f3prias de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o (CPA) subsidiam a gest\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es nas suas esferas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.De natureza qualitativa e com uma abordagem cr\u00edtico-dial\u00e9tica com \u00eanfase nas categorias temporalidade e historicidade, este estudo de casos m\u00faltiplos engloba: an\u00e1lise documental de uma amostra de relat\u00f3rios, tendo como refer\u00eancia a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Relato Institucional e o Roteiro do Relat\u00f3rio de Autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional; entrevistas semiestruturadas com integrantes das Comiss\u00f5es Pr\u00f3prias de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou diretores de \u00f3rg\u00e3os respons\u00e1veis pela avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, em dez IES p\u00fablicas e privadas das cinco regi\u00f5es do Brasil, segundo as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas. Tese<br \/>\n(Doutorado em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o) \u2013 Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, Ponta Grossa, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tede2.uepg.br\/jspui\/handle\/prefix\/4541\">https:\/\/tede2.uepg.br\/jspui\/handle\/prefix\/4541<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este trabalho apresenta a tese intitulada \u201cAvalia\u00e7\u00e3o do regime especial de aulas n\u00e3o presenciais<br \/>\ndo Par\u00e1 (2020-2021) pelos agentes escolares: contributos da an\u00e1lise relacional bourdieusiana\u201d,<br \/>\nrealizada junto ao Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, da Universidade Estadual de<br \/>\nPonta Grossa, na linha de pesquisa \u201cHist\u00f3ria e Pol\u00edtica Educacionais\u201d, tendo como objeto o<br \/>\nregime especial de aulas n\u00e3o presenciais (REANP), pol\u00edtica educacional objetivada na educa\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\ndurante a pandemia da COVID-19 no estado do Par\u00e1 (2020-2021). A pesquisa objetiva, em<br \/>\nsentido geral, analisar o REANP quanto aos fundamentos que a embasaram a fim de<br \/>\ncompreender sua incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o pela rede de ensino estadual do Par\u00e1 e os seus desdobramentos<br \/>\nno contexto escolar. De modo espec\u00edfico, busca 1) identificar os documentos, os agentes<br \/>\npol\u00edticos e os valores prevalecentes na institui\u00e7\u00e3o do REANP como pol\u00edtica educacional; 2)<br \/>\navaliar a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o do REANP e seus desdobramentos no contexto escolar; 3) verificar os<br \/>\nindicadores de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a quest\u00f5es sociais e territoriais; e 4) apontar os efeitos<br \/>\ngerados pelo REANP no contexto escolar. Os pressupostos que fundamentam a tese est\u00e3o<br \/>\nembasados no campo da Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Educacional, tendo como refer\u00eancia principal as obras de<br \/>\nFernandes (2018a, 2018b, 2010) e Januzzi (2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2016, 2014, 2011), bem<br \/>\ncomo os escritos de Pierre Bourdieu sobre ci\u00eancia, Estado e educa\u00e7\u00e3o (2021, 2020, 2018, 2014,<br \/>\n2013, 2011, 1989, 1983). Em \u00e2mbito metodol\u00f3gico, a pesquisa se delineia pela abordagem de<br \/>\npesquisa qualitativa com uso de an\u00e1lise documental das resolu\u00e7\u00f5es que regulamentam e<br \/>\norientam o ensino nos anos letivos de 2020-2021 no estado do Par\u00e1 e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de<br \/>\nquestion\u00e1rios eletr\u00f4nicos pela plataforma Google Forms com gestores, coordenadores<br \/>\npedag\u00f3gicos e professores da rede estadual de ensino p\u00fablico do Par\u00e1. Os dados foram<br \/>\nanalisados segundo o m\u00e9todo relacional fazendo uso da t\u00e9cnica de An\u00e1lise de Correspond\u00eancia<br \/>\nM\u00faltipla (ACM) de acordo com as categorias de percep\u00e7\u00e3o: campo, capital e habitus. As<br \/>\nan\u00e1lises indicam que a pol\u00edtica educacional estabelecida para orientar as escolas no per\u00edodo<br \/>\nemergencial foi fr\u00e1gil e limitada ao visar somente manter as atividades pedag\u00f3gicas sem a<br \/>\npresen\u00e7a de alunos e professores nas depend\u00eancias escolares ao passo que apenas indicou a<br \/>\nado\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es pedag\u00f3gicas com o objetivo de burocratizar o ensino ao direcionar \u00e0s escolas<br \/>\no preparo e envio de material de estudo e aprendizagem de f\u00e1cil acesso, o registro de frequ\u00eancia<br \/>\ndos alunos e das atividades pedag\u00f3gicas com a finalidade \u00fanica de integralizar cargas hor\u00e1rias<br \/>\ne dias letivos estabelecidos na LDB. Dessa forma, os dados sugerem que o regime n\u00e3o ofereceu<br \/>\nmedidas concretas para que o direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o realmente fosse garantido a todos os estudantes<br \/>\nparaenses, dado que, enquanto pol\u00edtica educacional, agiu para agravar o aprofundamento das<br \/>\ndesigualdades estruturais da sociedade por meio de uma intensa precariza\u00e7\u00e3o das institui\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nescolares e tamb\u00e9m pela fragiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do ensino e da aprendizagem.<br \/>\nPalavras-chave: Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Objetiva<br \/>\nanalisar a pol\u00edtica educacional paranaense desenvolvida para o contexto da pandemia da<br \/>\nCOVID-19 (2020-2021) a partir da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o realizada por pedagogas de escolas p\u00fablicas da<br \/>\nrede estadual. Os objetivos espec\u00edficos s\u00e3o: a) caracterizar o campo e os agentes da pol\u00edtica<br \/>\neducacional paranaense implementada na rede p\u00fablica estadual no per\u00edodo de 2020-2021 da<br \/>\npandemia da COVID-19; b) desvelar a compreens\u00e3o das pedagogas sobre os encaminhamentos<br \/>\npol\u00edtico-educacionais impostos para as escolas p\u00fablicas no contexto pand\u00eamico; e c) indicar, a<br \/>\npartir da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pedagogas, os limites e possibilidades evidenciados na oferta<br \/>\neducacional em escolas p\u00fablicas estaduais paranaenses no per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico. A tese<br \/>\nfundamentou-se na ideia de que as pedagogas da rede p\u00fablica estadual fizeram adapta\u00e7\u00f5es e<br \/>\nrecontextualizaram a pol\u00edtica educacional do estado do Paran\u00e1, proposta durante o per\u00edodo<br \/>\npand\u00eamico de 2020-2021. O argumento principal baseia-se na observa\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas<br \/>\nemanadas pela SEED-PR e nas a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas implementadas no interior das institui\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nescolares no per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico, que possibilitam, a priori, um desvelamento da vis\u00e3o de<br \/>\neduca\u00e7\u00e3o e de governan\u00e7a predominantes no governo do estado do Paran\u00e1 atualmente. Os<br \/>\nreferenciais te\u00f3ricos que a fundamentam apoiam-se na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas e programas<br \/>\neducacionais (Afonso, 2007; Fernandes, 2010) e na Teoria de Bourdieu (1983; 1989) referente<br \/>\naos conceitos de Estado, capital, campo e porosidade entre os campos, a partir de uma<br \/>\nabordagem de an\u00e1lise relacional, entre outros. Os procedimentos utilizados para produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos<br \/>\ndados foram a an\u00e1lise documental e question\u00e1rio on-line, com quest\u00f5es abertas, fechadas e<br \/>\nmistas, enviadas via Google Forms. Os participantes da pesquisa foram os professores<br \/>\npedagogos lotados nos N\u00facleos Regionais de Ensino do Paran\u00e1 - NRE, selecionados por meio<br \/>\nde uma amostragem intencional. A metodologia da An\u00e1lise Textual Discursiva - ATD, de<br \/>\nMoraes e Galiazzi (2011), foi utilizada para an\u00e1lise dos dados coletados. Os resultados da<br \/>\npesquisa revelaram a intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter gerencialista da governan\u00e7a estadual paranaense,<br \/>\ndada a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado no contexto pand\u00eamico. Os dados da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o revelaram alguns<br \/>\naspectos problem\u00e1ticos para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es escolares, como o distanciamento entre os agentes<br \/>\npol\u00edticos e os escolares, caracterizado por uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o autorit\u00e1ria e burocr\u00e1tica entre eles; a n\u00e3o<br \/>\nconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a realidade das escolas quanto \u00e0 possibilidade do uso das tecnologias no<br \/>\nper\u00edodo pand\u00eamico, e o ac\u00famulo do trabalho burocr\u00e1tico para as pedagogas. pol\u00edtica educacional do Paran\u00e1 no per\u00edodo de 2020<br \/>\n2021, implementada pela Secretaria de Estado da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o do Paran\u00e1 - SEED-PR. Objetiva<br \/>\nanalisar a pol\u00edtica educacional paranaense desenvolvida para o contexto da pandemia da<br \/>\nCOVID-19 (2020-2021) a partir da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o realizada por pedagogas de escolas p\u00fablicas da<br \/>\nrede estadual. Os objetivos espec\u00edficos s\u00e3o: a) caracterizar o campo e os agentes da pol\u00edtica<br \/>\neducacional paranaense implementada na rede p\u00fablica estadual no per\u00edodo de 2020-2021 da<br \/>\npandemia da COVID-19; b) desvelar a compreens\u00e3o das pedagogas sobre os encaminhamentos<br \/>\npol\u00edtico-educacionais impostos para as escolas p\u00fablicas no contexto pand\u00eamico; e c) indicar, a<br \/>\npartir da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das pedagogas, os limites e possibilidades evidenciados na oferta<br \/>\neducacional em escolas p\u00fablicas estaduais paranaenses no per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico. A tese<br \/>\nfundamentou-se na ideia de que as pedagogas da rede p\u00fablica estadual fizeram adapta\u00e7\u00f5es e<br \/>\nrecontextualizaram a pol\u00edtica educacional do estado do Paran\u00e1, proposta durante o per\u00edodo<br \/>\npand\u00eamico de 2020-2021. O argumento principal baseia-se na observa\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas<br \/>\nemanadas pela SEED-PR e nas a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas implementadas no interior das institui\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nescolares no per\u00edodo pand\u00eamico, que possibilitam, a priori, um desvelamento da vis\u00e3o de<br \/>\neduca\u00e7\u00e3o e de governan\u00e7a predominantes no governo do estado do Paran\u00e1 atualmente. Os<br \/>\nreferenciais te\u00f3ricos que a fundamentam apoiam-se na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas e programas<br \/>\neducacionais (Afonso, 2007; Fernandes, 2010) e na Teoria de Bourdieu (1983; 1989) referente<br \/>\naos conceitos de Estado, capital, campo e porosidade entre os campos, a partir de uma<br \/>\nabordagem de an\u00e1lise relacional, entre outros. Os procedimentos utilizados para produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos<br \/>\ndados foram a an\u00e1lise documental e question\u00e1rio on-line, com quest\u00f5es abertas, fechadas e<br \/>\nmistas, enviadas via Google Forms. Os participantes da pesquisa foram os professores<br \/>\npedagogos lotados nos N\u00facleos Regionais de Ensino do Paran\u00e1 - NRE, selecionados por meio<br \/>\nde uma amostragem intencional. A metodologia da An\u00e1lise Textual Discursiva - ATD, de<br \/>\nMoraes e Galiazzi (2011), foi utilizada para an\u00e1lise dos dados coletados. Os resultados da<br \/>\npesquisa revelaram a intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter gerencialista da governan\u00e7a estadual paranaense,<br \/>\ndada a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado no contexto pand\u00eamico. Os dados da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o revelaram alguns<br \/>\naspectos problem\u00e1ticos para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es escolares, como o distanciamento entre os agentes<br \/>\npol\u00edticos e os escolares, caracterizado por uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o autorit\u00e1ria e burocr\u00e1tica entre eles; a n\u00e3o<br \/>\nconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a realidade das escolas quanto \u00e0 possibilidade do uso das tecnologias no<br \/>\nper\u00edodo pand\u00eamico, e o ac\u00famulo do trabalho burocr\u00e1tico para as pedagogas.
