O objetivo do curso era ensinar aos participantes o que s\u00e3o esses constituintes, qual a sua import\u00e2ncia nos alimentos e como \u00e9 feita a an\u00e1lise e os c\u00e1lculos para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante o curso, foram abordados temas como umidade, cinzas, lip\u00eddios e prote\u00ednas.
