A Comiss\u00e3o de Formatura de cada turma dever\u00e1 preencher em Formul\u00e1rio pr\u00f3prio, e ap\u00f3s preenchimento, enviar para o e-mail do Cerimonial da UEPG cerimonial@uepg.br. O prazo limite para envio \u00e9 30 de novembro.
