Veja abaixo alguns dos servi\u00e7os oferecidos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Diretoria Acad\u00eamica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As Divis\u00f5es de Matr\u00edcula Presencial e EaD realizar\u00e3o os trabalhos de emiss\u00e3o dos seguintes documentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hist\u00f3ricos de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certid\u00f5es.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acad\u00eamicos(as) matriculados(as) nos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da UEPG podem realizar o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">download<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gratuitamente via<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.uepg.br\/academicoonline\/login\/auth\"><b> Acad\u00eamico <\/b><b><i>On-line<\/i><\/b><\/a><b><i>, <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">clicando em Documentos para emiss\u00e3o de algumas certid\u00f5es: de Matr\u00edcula, de Monitoria e de Prov\u00e1vel Concluinte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os(As) demais requerentes devem realizar a sua solicita\u00e7\u00e3o via Protocolo Digital SEI, efetuando o pagamento no valor de <\/span><b>R$10,00 por documento,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conforme <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.uepg.br\/producao\/reitoria\/documentos\/13442018-12-0325.pdf\"><b>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O CA No 344, DE 03 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2018<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Lembrar de tamb\u00e9m descrever quais informa\u00e7\u00f5es gostaria que constasse na Certid\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Atrav\u00e9s do <\/b><b><i>e-mail<\/i><\/b><b> informado no formul\u00e1rio, o(a) requerente receber\u00e1 o n\u00famero do seu processo e um <\/b><b><i>link<\/i><\/b><b> para acompanhamento, o qual lhe dar\u00e1 acesso \u00e0 documenta\u00e7\u00e3o solicitada.
