despachar com a dire\u00e7\u00e3o; colher assinatura; priorizar, marcar e cancelar compromissos; definir liga\u00e7\u00f5es telef\u00f4nicas; administrar\u00a0 pend\u00eancias; definir\u00a0 encaminhamento\u00a0 de\u00a0 documentos; assistir\u00a0 \u00e0\u00a0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o em reuni\u00f5es; secretariar reuni\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Atender pessoas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Recepcionar pessoas; fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es; atender pedidos, solicita\u00e7\u00f5es e chamadas telef\u00f4nicas; filtrar liga\u00e7\u00f5es; anotar e transmitir recados; orientar e encami-nhar pessoas; prestar atendimento\u00a0 especial a autoridades e usu\u00e1rios diferenciados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Gerenciar informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Ler\u00a0\u00a0 documentos;\u00a0\u00a0 levantar\u00a0\u00a0 informa\u00e7\u00f5es;\u00a0\u00a0 consultar\u00a0\u00a0 outros\u00a0\u00a0 departamentos;\u00a0\u00a0 criar\u00a0\u00a0 e manter atualizado banco de dados;
