Getting started with mobility at UEPG
Step 1 — Choose your destination
Choose where you want to study.
Start by deciding:
- The country and institution you are interested in
- Whether the university has an agreement with UEPG

Step 2 — Understand the selection process
Learn how the selection process works.
Before applying, it is essential to understand:
- Available mobility programs
- Eligibility criteria
- Required documents
- Deadlines and language requirements
Each mobility opportunity follows specific rules. Always check the official call for applications (edital).
Step 3 — Contact the International Office (ERI)
The International Office (ERI) is your main point of contact throughout the mobility process.

- Clarify doubts about programs and destinations
- Confirm your eligibility
- Receive guidance before applying

Step 4 — Academic planning
Talk to your course coordinator before applying.
You must:
- Discuss your study plan with your course coordinator
- Define which subjects or activities you intend to take abroad
- Complete the PROMEI form
This step ensures that your academic activities can be recognized when you return to UEPG.
Step 5 — Apply to the host university
Once your study plan is approved:
- Apply for a position at the destination university
- Wait for the letter of acceptance
Each institution has its own application procedures and deadlines.
Step 6 — Submit documents to UEPG
After receiving your acceptance letter:
- Submit the required documents through UEPG’s digital protocol system
- ERI will review and forward your process
Step 7 — Official authorization
Your request will be analyzed, and once approved:
- An official order (Ordem de Serviço) will be issued
- This document authorizes your academic leave for mobility
Step 8 — Enjoy your international experience
During your mobility:
- Keep copies of academic records
- Save syllabi and certificates
- Stay in contact with ERI if needed
Step 9 — After returning to UEPG
Once back:
- Present yourself at ERI
- Request the validation of activities completed abroad
- Submit academic records via digital protocol to your course board (Colegiado)
